Product Overview
COCER400 is a terminal equipment for centralized paper election, with high speed, high precision, high stability, high compatibility and other characteristics. This equipment is mainly aimed at the width of more than 216mm ballot papers, scanning range up to 148mm~600mm. COCER400 has considerable advantages in large ballot collection and centralized processing, it can detect folded, overlapping and incomplete ballot. COCER400 has excellent industrial design and fully considers the convenience of operation and the security protection of ballot in terms of structure and software control. Staffs can realize the operation of the equipment after simple training. Excellent channel design and detection system design can greatly avoid equipment failure and improve work efficiency. COCER provides a feasible electronic counting scheme for extra-standard ballot.

The counting speed of the equipment can reach 650 pieces/hour (A2), and the daily workload can reach 15,000 pieces (A2)

With high pixel image acquisition equipment and the world’s leading intelligent visual recognition technology, the equipment can achieve accurate processing of ballot papers, the accuracy is higher than 99.99%.
High stability
The equipment has a good stability design, can work continuously for more than 3×24 hours.
High compatibility
The equipment has good compatibility, can scan the width of 148~600mm range of unlimited length of various specifications of the ballot. At the same time, it has the function of ballot sorting to protect the ballot from being damaged and ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
High capacity
The equipment supports the assembly of large capacity ballot trays, which can undertake ballot after ballot scanning and processing, simplify the counting operation of staffs and improve the efficiency of ballot counting. The ballot tray can hold 50 A2-size ballot.
High flexibility
The equipment design is compact in structure and in size, convenient for transportation and handling, and can realize two working modes: desktop use and operation table use with support. The requirements for the implementation site are greatly reduced, and flexible installation and deployment can be achieved.
