COCER-200B is aimed at centralized counting specially designed for paper elections, providing functions of ballot counting and automatic cleaning and sorting. Through batch counting, the equipment can complete ballot counting and checking and automatic cleaning and sorting in a very short time at the centralized counting point, which greatly reduces time for ballot counting and checking and provides a perfect solution for the work scenarios including counting and sorting of ballot papers.

High speed
The counting speed of COCER-200B can reach 95 ballot papers per hour, and the daily workload suggests 40,000 ballot papers.
High precision
With suitable structure design, mature control strategy and the world’s leading image processing technology, COCER-200B can achieve accuracy of ballot counting higher than 99.99% and of ballot sorting higher than 99.99%.
High stability
COCER-200B has a good stability design, and can work continuously for more than 3×24 hours.
High compatibility
COCER-200B has good compatibility, and can scan ballot papers of specification of 148~216mm in width, 148-660mm in length and 70-200g in thickness.
High capacity
COCER-200B can be integrated with large capacity ballot trays. The capacity of the paper feeding tray and the valid and invalid output tray can reach 200 ballot papers (A4 of 120g) respectively. Equipped with the ballot paper feeding tray and output trays, it can realize the function of batch counting and cleaning and sorting.
High flexibility
The equipment adopts modular design, which is convenient for transportation, handling, installation and deployment.
High portability
The simplified design of structure and software allows staffs/electoral officials to master COCER-200B operation after simple training.
High security
The design of COCER-200B has fully taken the safety of staffs/electoral officials and ballots. With a well-designed machine state detection module supported by photoelectric sensors, ultrasonic sensors and other detection device, it can realize the functions of ballot paper jam detection, equipment running status prompt, emergency shutdown and so on, so as to avoid the accidental injury of staffs/electoral officials and the occurrence of ballot damage.
